How we collect, use and protect personal data

2) What personal data do we collect?

  • Identification and contact data (name and surname, residential address, e-mail, telephone number, date of birth, occupation, CV).
  • Content of messages and attachments sent via the recruitment form, contact form or e-mail.
  • Technical data (IP, browser, device) – necessary for security and basic functionality.
  • Data from cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies).

We do not collect special categories of data through this website.

3) Purposes and legal basis for processing

Purposes

  • Responding to inquiries and making offers.
  • Execution and administration of service contracts.
  • Website maintenance and security; prevention of abuse.
  • Fulfilling legal obligations (e.g. accounting).
  • Improving user experience (aggregated analytics).

Legal basis (Art. 6, paragraph 1, GDPR)

  • Consent – for non-essential cookies and marketing.
  • Contract – when processing is necessary to provide the requested services.
  • Legal obligation – e.g. accounting records.
  • Legitimate interest – security and site improvement.

4) Cookies

We use cookies for functionality and service improvement. For details, see Cookie Policy. Non-essential cookies are only activated after your consent.

5) Data recipients and transfer to third countries

  • We do not sell or rent data. We share it with trusted processors (IT/hosting) solely for the purpose of maintenance and service provision.
  • We conclude DPA agreements with all processors.
  • For transfers outside the EU/EEA, we apply appropriate measures (e.g. SCC).

6) Storage periods

  • Inquiries and emails: up to 12 months from the last communication (or longer for legal requirements).
  • Contractual/accounting data: as required by law.
  • Cookies: according to duration and/or browser settings.

7) Data security

We implement technical and organizational measures (access controls, backups, encryption where applicable, privilege restrictions).

8) Your rights

  • Access, correction, deletion.
  • Processing limitation and portability.
  • Objection to legitimate interest.
  • Withdrawal of consent (for processing based on consent).
